Bringing your records in
Do it yourself: free
Do it yourself, free. Upload a spreadsheet of your animals and drop in their files. Up to 10 files per animal in your first 60 days never count toward your monthly documents.
We do it for you
We do it for you: $30 per animal, $300 minimum. We clean, match and load everything. Paper binders and unsorted scans are quoted separately.
- ·20 animals: $600, once
- ·60 animals: $1800, once
- ·150 animals: $4500, once
The fine print, in plain language
- What counts as a document. A document is one file, counted once for every 15 pages it has started.
- New animal setups (Professional). Each one covers a new animal plus up to 10 files from its past records. Files beyond that count toward your monthly documents.
- Going over. Extra documents are $1.25 each and extra new-animal setups are $10 each, billed monthly with a $10 minimum. Smaller amounts roll to the next bill. Extra documents are capped at twice your monthly amount unless you raise it.
- Support. Every plan includes a setup call, email support, and a monthly live group session. There are no paid support add-ons.
- Users. Unlimited users on every plan: staff, volunteers, and fosters.
- If you grow past your plan. If you grow past your plan, we let you know in the app and by email, and you have 14 days before anything changes. Your team is never blocked from adding an animal.
- Ask your records. Included, with fair use. Very heavy use switches to quicker answers until the next month.
- Moving between plans. Upgrading from Records to Professional keeps every record. So does moving back.
